• Before your first withdrawal, you must submit a scan or clear photo of your national ID or passport.
• Verification typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.
• Once verified, no further verification is required for subsequent withdrawals.

• You cannot claim a new bonus while one is already active — the existing bonus must be completed first.
• Takabet5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse may result in account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cashout option is available.
• Bets that are incomplete due to a system or network issue will be automatically voided and the stake refunded.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled before it begins, the bet is voided and a full refund is issued.
• In an accumulator bet, if one leg is cancelled, that leg is assigned odds of 1.0 and the remaining legs are calculated as usual.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, Takabet5's decision shall be considered final.
• If there is specific uncertainty surrounding the outcome of a match or event, Takabet5 may delay the publication of the result.

• Members may request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided.

• In cases of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse, account balances may be confiscated.
• In the event of a dispute, members must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the support team.
